Don't see much sun in the forecast or does Buienradar indicate big blue spikes? We do everything we can to prevent your cruise from falling into the water, so no worries!
Change
If you have a valid reason, you can always change your cruise by phone with us, free of charge. We are happy to be flexible in this respect. However, we do ask for this flexibility in return:
If, for a demonstrable reason, you wish to change your reservation within 24 hours before the start of the rental, you can do so by telephone. Because we are so flexible in this respect, this can be done free of charge. However, we do ask you to be flexible when scheduling a new sailing moment.
If for any reason you would like to change the cruise, you can do so completely free of charge by phone or e-mail. However, we would like to receive any changes as soon as possible so that we can make your boat available again and someone else does not miss out!
Cancel
If you decide to cancel the cruise despite the fact that you can reschedule free of charge, we will charge the following cancellation fees:
Cancel package
All packages, with the exception of our picnic package, can be cancelled or changed free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. However, we would appreciate it if you could inform us as soon as possible!
